ArtsAltoona is a nonprofit organization with the mission to connect people with the arts to strengthen our communities. They operate out of the ArtsAltoona Center, a multi-purpose community arts center in Altoona.
They offer free art classes for kids, fun community events, music lessons, paint parties and artistic opportunities for adults, seasonal Art Markets, concerts and performances, and much more!
The ArtsAltoona Center offers three unique spaces used by ArtsAltoona and other arts organizations for events and which are also available for rentals:
The Sanctuary is the area’s first listening room, where beautiful acoustics connect audiences and performers of all genres in the gorgeous setting of a former church facility. It is available for rental for concerts, performances of all kinds, and also as a wedding venue. The Blank Canvas is a versatile space that ArtsAltoona uses for art classes and kids events, gallery showings, paint parties, concerts, and more. It is available for rental for concerts, performances of all kinds, and also as a wedding venue.
